As part of our ongoing commitment to improving security, usability, and operational efficiency, Technotic is transitioning customers from N-able Passportal to Keeper Security for password management.

Password managers play a critical role in protecting business accounts, securing shared credentials, and ensuring staff can safely access the systems they need to perform their work.

Following a review of available solutions, we believe Keeper provides a stronger long-term platform that better aligns with modern security standards and future business requirements.

• What Is Changing?

  • Organisations currently using Passportal will be migrated to Keeper Security.

  • Keeper performs the same core function as Passportal by securely storing and managing passwords, but also provides several additional features designed to improve both security and user experience.

  • The transition will be managed by Technotic and will be planned with each customer to minimise disruption.

• Why Are We Moving To Keeper Enterprise?

  We have identified several areas where Keeper provides advantages over our current password management platform, including:
